We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a $100 fee. No shows will be charged the full price of the missed appointment.

Jacqueline Bailey is a licensed, nationally board-certified Acupuncturist and Herbalist in the State of Washington. She earned her Doctoral and Master’s degree from the Seattle Institute of East Asian Medicine where she was trained in Traditional Chinese, as well as Japanese style acupuncture.

Prior to her involvement in Chinese Medicine, Jacqueline received a Bachelor’s of Science and Nursing at Virginia Commonwealth University. Since 2003, she has been working as a Registered Nurse in a variety of critical care settings. She is passionate about offering effective and accessible healthcare by combining her knowledge and skills using Eastern and Western treatment modalities. Quanxiu is an Acupuncture and East Asian Medicine practitioner who believes that healing begins with careful listening, meaningful connection, and individualized care. He is committed to supporting individuals with pain relief, digestive health, sleep quality, stress regulation, women’s health, and overall well-being. Quanxiu strives to create a supportive and collaborative environment where individuals feel heard and respected, putting patients first every step of their healing journey.

Before entering the field of East Asian Medicine, Quanxiu studied Chemistry and Piano Performance, experiences that fostered both analytical thinking, precision, and creative expression. During this time, Quanxiu had the opportunity to work for Dr. Xiaohai Li at his Traditional Chinese Medicine Health Clinic in Oklahoma, beginning in 2016. Through observing patient care and learning from Dr. Li’s insights, he developed a deep appreciation for Chinese medicine and was inspired to purse this medicine that integrates science, observation, and holistic care.

Quanxiu earned his master’s degree in Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine from the Seattle Institute of East Asian Medicine and is continuing his doctoral studies in Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine. His clinical training includes acupuncture, herbal medicine, and bodywork, and he has a particular interest in classical Chinese medicine and the role of herbal medicine in supporting complex health conditions. His research has explored East Asian Medicine approaches to gynecology and facial rejuvenation.

Fluent also in Chinese and Korean, Quanxiu enjoys working with patients from diverse cultural backgrounds and values where they are able to receive the highest quality of care. He approaches each treatment with curiosity, humility, and respect for the body’s innate capacity to heal.
